William Wright - President and CEO
His sixteen years of home medical equipment/supply experience and 48 years of using wheeled mobility puts Bill in the rather unique position of being both a provider of equipment and supplies and a customer. "I have the ability to identify with our clients and their families from an emotional level and that is what makes the difference at WrightWay; that is the personal touch."

Candy Helber - Consultant, IT
Candy has WrightWay's undying gratitude for de-mystifying the computer and all the "tech stuff" that goes along with it. Candy arrived at WrightWay in the spring of 2003 and has kept the company ahead of the curve with technology related expertise. For a small company, we are fortunate to be blessed with the best in hardware and we have Candy to make sure it operates correctly. We have 11 desktop workstations, 4 laptops, printers, copy machines, not to mention our servers and Candy keeps all this equipment operating as it should. I'm sure everyone has had the typical experience with the company "IT person" who likes to keep everyone in the dark and acts as if computer technology was some kind of magic that the ordinary person would never understand. This is not the case at WrightWay, thanks to Candy. As a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer since 2000, she has been able to help everyone here understand the technology and not to be fearful about asking questions and let's face it, if the network goes down, everything else comes to a screeching halt. Candy makes sure that there is no interruption of our delivery of products and services due to "technical difficulties" |

Curtis O'Bryan - Warehouse Technician
As the number of different products available from WrightWay increases, so does the demands on the warehouse staff. It became clear during the spring of 2006 that we were going to need additional help and since Curtis had already been working on a "as needed" basis for a while, it was a easy transition to a part time position. Curtis is a Navy veteran and has had significant experience with shipping and receiving, stock rotation as well as building maintenance and although his duties do not include direct client services, he can be relied upon to handle his warehouse duties with the care needed to ensure that our customers receive the correct product in perfect condition. When he is not working in the warehouse, Curtis is enrolled at the Ultimate Medical Academy in the x-ray technician curriculum and expects to graduate in the spring of 2007. |

Kerrie Kuper-Barthelette - Intake Coordinator
Kerrie has only been with WrightWay less than 6 months and she already has made her mark with staff and clients, alike. As Intake Coordinator, Kerrie is primarily responsible for customer service with an emphasis on the disposable products which WrightWay offers. Among her other responsibilities at WrightWay, Kerrie is a member of the Safety Committee as well the Performance Measurement Committee but perhaps the most important part of Kerrie's job is to do follow up with all of WrightWay's new clients. Additionally, Kerrie gathers information from clients with regard to their level of readiness in the event of hurricanes or other disasters. WrightWay assist clients with county registration for "Special Needs" evacuation, transportation and shelter and we will, over the next few months, be cooperating with the various county emergency management agencies to insure there is not a repeat of problems encountered following Katrina. Kerrie has had experience working with individuals with disabilities during her years as an ALF Owner/Administrator and this is very evident in her work here. In her spare time, Kerrie raises and shows Whippets and has had many Top Winning Best in Show Champions over the years. She resides in St. Petersburg with husband Neil. |

Mike Wise - Intake Coordinator
Like many of us at WrightWay, Mike is a transplant from the North. Born and raised in Chicago but with most of his immediate family already in St. Petersburg, Mike decided to make the big move south and ended up becoming one our all time best delivery technicians. Mike is approaching two years on the job with WrightWay and we couldn't be happier to have him here. Mike shares our views on the importance of customer service and goes out of his way frequently to make sure clients receive their products in a timely manner. When you consider Mike has anywhere from 150 to 175 stops a week and multiple packages at a client's home, it's a challenging position and Mike is more than up to the task. When he is not on the job, Mike and his wife enjoy shopping garage sales and are also very active in their church. |

Vince brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience with him to WrightWay and he feels as we do; that a high degree of customer service and satisfaction is the most valuable commodity that we can provide. In addition to product knowledge, Vince has excellent communication skills and has been able to establish positive working relationships not only with customers but with case managers, support coordinators, discharge planners and other individuals who are involved with the delivery of services to our clients.
